Soft Meal Dim Sum: Taste of Memories – Launching and Recognition Ceremony of Soft Meal
Introducing our Hong Kong-style soft meal dim sum, specially crafted for the elderly and those with swallowing difficulties — Steamed Chicken Roll and Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce Rice. These products evoke nostalgia for traditional Chinese restaurants, creating a connection to cherish memories through thoughtful design. Developed in collaboration with Sik Sik Yuen, this project was featured at the “Taste of the Memories” Launching and Recognition Ceremony of soft meal at the Wong Tai Sin Temple.
