Collaboratively developed by the students of VTC Health and Life Sciences Discipline and Information Technology Discipline, along with eHealth Research Institute and City Innovation Hub, the E-carer app serves as a e-caregiver for the elderly. By entering drug information into the app, it will set medication reminders hence providing proper drug administration. 

The app includes a comprehensive drug information database, with details such as drug appearance, therapeutic categories, dosages, side effects, and precautions. The app also provides a drug interaction checker to identify potentially unsafe combinations of prescription medications to minimize prescription errors and reduce caregivers’ burden.
