Creating a Memorable Experience for Kwun Tong Yue Man Hawker Bazaar

With collaboration with Urban Renewal Authority, the project aims to facilitate the adaptation of affected licensed hawkers of Kwun Tong Yue Man Hawker Bazaar to move in and continue their business in “redeveloped” Kwun Tong.

With site visits to the stores, students applied store operation management skill and designed different visual merchandising for the stores. O2O (online to online) solution was also implemented to create e-training kits for store owners to equip photography skills and sustain their store branding via social media.
