Nutritious Soft Food for Elderly
By utilizing fresh ingredients and the application of technology, VTC students uses the 3D food printer to create visually appealing and delicious meals with balanced nutritional content presented in users’ selected designs. This technology allows the elderly or people with swallowing difficulties to regain the pleasure of eating.
