Innovative Food Projects for Well-being  — 2023 Nov Issue

In the November issue of V Sparkle, we shined the spotlight on “The 4th Hong Kong Food Fiesta”, which brought together talented and innovative students from IVE(HW) and THEi. Their extraordinary skills and creativity were on full display as they captivated the community with their culinary expertise. 

This issue will also highlight the upcoming project between the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) and Design (DE) Disciplines. In collaboration with our esteemed community partner, Sik Sik Yuen, we are embarking on a journey to develop soft meal options that cater to diverse dietary needs. This project promises to revolutionize the way we approach nutrition and well-being.
